A somber mood in Ferguson, Missouri at the rain drenched memorial where unarmed teenager Michael Brown was shot and killed by a white police officer.<br/> <br />In days past, vocal gatherings have convened here, but as the city anxiously waits, only a few people walked by as torrential rains hit the city, soaking stuffed animals placed here to remember the teen.<br/> <br />The St. Louis suburb will have to wait until at least Monday for a decision on whether or not Officer Darren Wilson will be indicted for shooting and killing 18-year-old Michael Brown this summer.
