Whenever men watch 300, for the next few hours, there will be a lot of chest pumping, use of mops as makeshift spears and shouting of the phrase: ‘This is Sparta!’ <br /> <br />These gym lads have taken it to the next level with a homage to Gerard Butler and his Spartan crew fighting the Persian hoards of Xerxes on a Greek beach. <br /> <br />The scene the chaps chose to replicate was when King Leonidas (played by Butler) charges through the Persian ranks to throw a spear which injures the enemy king. <br /> <br />Let us make it clear, do not try this home…especially if you’ve just watched the film and attempted the ill-advised 300 drinking game.
