ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />STORY: Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi was welcomed to Paris on with military honors before a meeting with French President Francois Hollande.<br/> <br />Sisi attended a military ceremony with French Finance Minister Michel Sapin at the Invalides monument where Napoleon Bonaparte is buried.<br/> <br />Libya and regional crises were expected to top the agenda at the meeting between Hollande and Sisi.<br/> <br />The Egyptian President is also set to hold a meeting with Defence Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian over military cooperation, during his two-day state visit.
