This is video showing the moments before a Cleveland police officer fatally shoots a 12-year old boy.<br /> <br />It happened Saturday afternoon at this park gazebo after police responded to a 911 call about a male pointing a gun at people.<br /> <br />It was Tamir Rice brandishing his pellet gun, which looks like a semiautomatic pistol but shoots plastic pellets.<br /> <br />But police were taking no chances.<br /> <br />Portions of the 911 call were released to the media on Wednesday.<br /> <br />NATS 911 AUDIO<br /> <br />"He's sitting on the swing right now, he's pulling it in and out of his pants and pointing it at people. Probably a juvenile, you know?"<br /> <br />Two officers in a patrol car responded to the call.<br /> <br />Police say they told Rice to raise his hands three times but he reached for the gun instead, they say, and was shot.<br /> <br />He died Sunday.<br /> <br />More audio was also released of the police dispatch after the shooting.<br /> <br />NATS 911 AUDIO<br /> <br />"Radio, shots fired, male down, black male, maybe 20."
