He's welcomed into the homes of many french women -- and with cooking skills like his, can you blame them?<br /> <br />Enrico Lionti is a Parisian chef who left the restaurant business behind to cook in private homes.<br /> <br />He says he enjoys the flexibility of working with an online company that connects chefs with foodies.<br /> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (French) CHEF, ENRICO LIONTI, SAYING:<br /> <br />"In fact the concept of home chef wasn't new for me, I knew about the concept, but I didn't want to launch myself into this adventure on my own. So I chose "La Belle Assiette."<br /> <br />With more than 400 chefs, the company says they take care of the logistics, so the chef can take care of the gourmet meal.
