It made the town a magnet for neo-Nazis - even after Hess's remains were removed three years ago and scattered at sea. The residents are sick of the Neo-Nazis' annual marches, so this year, they played a trick on them.<br /> <br />Story 2: Syria<br />To Aleppo now. Syria's biggest city has been divided for two years now - some parts still held by the government, some by various factions of rebels. In government-held areas, state workers are still getting their salaries. In the other areas, the rebels' provisional government, based in Turkey, tries to pay what it can - when it can.
