French small business owners have marched in Paris and Toulouse in a protest against red tape.<br /><br />From tobacconists to construction industry bosses, they complained of being restricted by high taxes and social charges, health and safety rules and other bureaucracy.<br /><br />“Even our padlocks are Chinese”, read one banner.<br /><br />Critics say President Hollande’s labour reforms don’t go far enough.
