Kathy Griffin Confirms Her Spot As Host On Fashion Police

Just a few months following Joan Rivers' death, it's been announced Kathy Griffin will be joining Giuliana Rancic, Kelly Osbourne and Brad Goreski on the hit TV show Fashion Police.
