Argentine Economy Minister Axel Kiciloff recalled that Argentina is willing to pay back all it owes, but on terms that won't harm the counrtries growth. He also stressed, again, that Argentina has extended an offer to the hegde funds which represents a 300% profit margin and the only obstacle in the issue is that the holdouts don't want to strike a deal.
