This is amateur video said to be from the rebel held city of Donetsk in eastern Ukraine.<br/> <br />Several such videos posted on Tuesday purport to show rebels firing Grad rockets from a launcher next to apartment blocks.<br/> <br />The videos appear despite an agreement by Ukraine's military and the separatists to a new ceasefire starting Friday ... the latest effort from both sides to end the violence that began in April and has so far killed more than 4,300 people.
