A false alarm briefly spread panic at Zurich University on Thursday when reports of a gunman shooting on the campus led to 5,000 students and teachers being told to lock themselves into their rooms.<br />About 100 police officers were sent to comb the grounds of the <br />Toni-Areal arts university campus, but found nothing, and classes were able to resume.
