A handful of people were arrested in New York City during a second night of protests over a court decision not to indict a police officer who choked an unarmed black man to death in July.<br/> <br />Hundreds of people in New York City blocked traffic at several different intersections throughout the city.<br/> <br />The protests are in response to a grand jury decision on Wednesday not to indict white police officer Daniel Pantaleo.<br/> <br />Pantaleo was trying to arrest Eric Garner, a black man, for allegedly selling cigarettes illegally on Staten Island.<br/> <br />An investigation is ongoing into how Garner was arrested.
