Relatives of MH17 crash victims are still waiting for answers.<br/> <br />Experts say the most likely cause was a ground-to-air missile fired from territory held by pro-Russian separatists in Ukraine.<br/> <br />A lawyer representing many family members sent a letter to the Dutch Prime Minister saying it's time for the UN to handle the case.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (English) DUTCH LAWYER REPRESENTING 20 FAMILIES OF MH17 VICTIMS, BOB VAN DER GOEN, SAYING:<br/> <br />"The only possibility would be that the Dutch government hand over the investigation as it is now and let the United Nations nominate a special envoy."<br/> <br />Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 was downed on July 17 over eastern Ukraine, killing all 298 passengers and crew. Two-thirds of them were Dutch.
