The stars came out in Washington to celebrate the recipients of the 36th Kennedy Center Honors.<br /> <br />Lady Gaga, Usher and Bruce Springsteen were among the performers paying tribute to singers Al Green and Sting.<br /> <br />Other honorees were comedian Lily Tomlin, ballerina Patricia McBride and Oscar-winning actor, Tom Hanks, who was acknowledged by Martin Short.<br /> <br />SOUNDBITE: Martin Short, actor, saying (English):<br /> <br />"Now you'll wear this where?
