According to Ukraine's military, one should not be fooled by these seemingly quiet streets of Donetsk.<br/> <br />They say at least 13 violations were committed by the rebels, including two artillery attacks on the Donetsk airport… all during the "Day of Silence" ceasefire - seen as a test to coincide with the start of a new round of peace talks.<br/> <br />Some Donetsk residents say they had a hard time believing a ceasefire was in effect.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Russian) DONETSK RESIDENT, ALEXANDER, SAYING:<br/> <br />"No, I haven't felt it yet, I am coming from Abakumovo now, from the bus station and there was shooting there again this morning.
