Several people are dead and many injured at this French-run cultural center in Kabul... after a suicide bomber stages an attack.<br /> <br />An Afghan ministry official says the suspect was about 17 years old.<br /> <br />He detonated his explosive jacket inside a packed auditorium during the performance of a new play condemning, of all things, suicide attacks.<br /> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Dari) NASIR SARMAST, HEAD OF AFGHANISTAN NATIONAL MUSIC INSTITUTE AND VICTIM OF BLAST, SAYING:<br /> <br />"I was inside the auditorium when suddenly I heard a sound. I fell down on the ground, I thought that was part of the drama show, but when I tried to get up from the ground I saw blood was coming from my head. Then I lost consciousness and don't know what happened next."<br /> <br />Kabul's police chief says the venue was heavily guarded and that the bomber may have kept the explosives inside his underwear.<br /> <br />The attack comes just hours after another suicide bomb left six Afghan soldiers dead on the outskirts of Kabul.
