As workers count the final ballets, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe's ruling coalition cruises to a big election win.<br/> <br />Most media exit polls show Abe's Liberal Democratic Party and its junior partner, the Komeito party, winning more than 317 seats in the 475-member lower house.<br/> <br />Such numbers would pave the way for another majority for Abe's government, despite a low voter turnout.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Japanese) JAPANESE PRIME MINISTER, SHINZO ABE, SAYING:<br/> <br />"I am relieved that we have managed to continue our ruling coalition with the Komeito party.
