These shots are refreshingly tasty and the beautiful light green colour of this mocktail makes it even more irresistible. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />2 kiwis <br />2 cups vanilla ice cream <br />4-5 tbsp khus syrup <br />(For khus syrup - 1cup sugar, 1 & 1/2 cup water, 1/2 tsp green colour, 1/2 tsp khus essence) <br />crushed ice <br />soda <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />To make khus syrup: <br />- Boil together water and sugar for about 3-4 minutes and let it cool down completely. <br />- Add the khus essence and the green colour to the boiled sugar syrup. <br />- The khus syrup is ready. <br /> <br />To make kiwi shots: <br />- Add the chopped kiwi, vanilla ice cream, khus sharbat, crushed ice and sprite / 7 Up in the blender and blend all the ingredients together. <br />- The mocktail is ready to be served. <br />- Pour it in the shot glasses and the leftover in the beaker for later. <br /> <br />Director: Narayan Thakur <br />Camera: Kawaldeep Singh Jangwal, Manjeet Katariya, Suchandra Basu <br />Editing: Pratik Jain <br />Creative Head: Kavya Krishnaswamy <br />Producer: Rajjat A.
