TMC chief Mamata Banerjee is in New Delhi. Outside the parliament, Mamata on Thursday (December 18) sharpened her attack on the BJP led government and even went on to say, "TMC is the only party with no scam link." The BJP meanwhile has hit back at Mamata's claims.
