Nurses in Sierra Leone have started to come back to work as the United Nations' Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon visits West African nations affected by the Ebola outbreak.<br /><br />The deadly outbreak has claimed more than 7,000 lives so far while aid is only just beginning to reach some of the worst hit communities in Sierra Leone.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Caroline Malone reports.
