A summit meeting that could only happen once a year.<br/> <br />At the border between Finland and Russia, the Finnish Santa Claus meets Russia's Father Frost to exchange greetings...and presents.<br/> <br />The tradition started in 2002, and this year it continues, despite the current tensions between Russia and the West.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Russian) RUSSIAN FATHER FROST, SAYING:<br/> <br />"There're no such things as geographical borders for doing good. I am very happy to once again see my friend and my colleague from Finland. Today we met folk and gave them a celebration, both Russian and Finnish folk. And I like that very much."<br/> <br />They exchanged presents and enjoyed a bit of entertainment...and of course, capping the day off with a sleigh ride.
