A man walks into a settlement when a thief tries to steal the briefcase he carried appears behind. During the struggle the case is dropped and tickets containing begin to spread across the causeway. Although the victim manages to avoid theft not realize that there are more street people 'interested' in the money that escapes from inside the briefcase forgotten.
