A great mash-up recipe of a traditional Cuba Libre cocktail, and a sour cocktail... You're gonna love this! <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br />1 cup Coca Cola <br />1 cup sugar <br />1.5oz Bacardi Gold rum <br />.75oz freshly squeezed lime juice <br />1 egg white <br /> <br /> <br />Method: <br />Make syrup by bringing Coke and sugar to a boil on high. Boil until reduced to 1/2 cup, about 20 min. Let cool. Add .75oz Coke syrup, rum, lime juice and egg white to a shaker. Cover and shake for 10 seconds without ice (dry shake). Add a a generous amount of cubed ice to the shaker and again shake vigorously.
