A severe blizzard wreaks havoc on the roads of Romania.<br /> <br />This bus carrying 33 passengers tipped over near the town of Buzau, all of its passengers had to be rescued by emergency workers.<br /> <br />The country issued a code red blizzard warning for three counties which recorded winds of 90 kilometers, or 56 miles per hour and near-zero visibility.<br /> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Romanian) ANONYMOUS DRIVER SAYING:<br /> <br />"It is horrible, the blizzard is so strong that you can not see more then one meter ahead.
