Former world champion, world record breaker and Olympic silver medallist Steve Cram has been awarded a CBE for services to sport. <br />Cram was made an MBE in 1986 and the CBE is awarded in recognition for work done as chair of the English Institute of Sport. <br /> Report by Maylamh.
