Investigators board the merchant ship "Ezadeen" -- to check its condition and find out if anyone is still on board.<br/> <br />This, a day after the boat was abandoned by its crew near the Italian coast -- while packed with migrants -- mostly from war-torn Syria.<br/> <br />It's the second time this has happened in less than a week -- as smugglers start using larger boats after Italy ended a mission to search for and rescue smaller boats.<br/> <br />Now, large, dilapidated boats like this one are being loaded to capacity with migrants and pointed at the coast...as the smugglers abandon ship.
