Valsad: In a bizarre incident, a four-year-old girl Mahi Desai was taken to hospital with serious head injuries after she fell from the fourth floor of Omkar apartment building in Pardi town of the district. The incident took place when Mahi's grandpa took her upstairs to fly kites.
