Republicans took full control of Congress as the 114th Congress convened Tuesday in Washington, D.C.<br/> <br />Vice President Joe Biden presided over the U.S. Senate, which is now controlled by the GOP for the first time in eight years.<br/> <br />He also swore in new and re-elected Senators.<br/> <br />The GOP has said it will work to roll back President Barack Obama's immigration, energy and healthcare policies.
