A 5-year-old girl was spotted hanging from the window of her 4th-floor <br />home by horrified neighbours in Jiuquan City, Gansu Province, recently. <br />Fearing she would fall at any moment, four neighbors quickly found a <br />blanket and managed to catch the falling girl successfully.
