Peshawar's Army Public School, the site of the worst attacks in Pakistan's history, has reopened. <br /><br />The attach saw 149 people killed. Local authorities say they are carrying out new safety measures at the military school, and others.<br /><br />The walls have been raised, and electrified barbed wirehas been installed.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Mohamed Vall reports from Peshawar.
