US Secretary of State John Kerry has arrived in Geneva ahead of Sunday’s fresh round of talks with Iran over reining in its nuclear programme.<br /><br /> Kerry intends to have one-on-one discussions with his Iranian counterpart in order to speed things up before the resumption of negotiations by global powers known as the P5+1.<br /><br /> Diplomats fear time may be running out, after two earlier deadlines for an accord were missed.<br /><br /> American lawmakers are eager to impose new sanctions on Iran as the Obama administration has sought to hold them off, warning it could scuttle all hopes of a deal.
