Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro was in Algeria on Tuesday as part of an international tour of Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) member states and other nations. Maduro and his Algerian counterpart Abdelaziz Bouteflika agreed that OPEC should work to increase international oil prices.
