Wagner. Mr. Wagner has produced and directed features, short films and several Internet series, working with establish actors such as Val Kilmer, Kurt Russell and Bill Pullman. <br /> <br />WRITER/PRODUCER: Sam Ingraffia. Mr. Ingraffia's prolific writing and producing credits include features, short films, episodic television, HBO specials and Internet series. He has also been a working actor for over 30 years, amassing nearly 100 film and TV credits. <br /> <br />STORY LINE: <br />JOHN (LaFleur) is a documentary filmmaker doing research on a project about serial killers. He is approached by PHILIP (Ingraffia) who seems to be a normal, likable guy, until he reveals to John that he killed 17 people and never been apprehended.
