The United Nations says its increasingly worried about Palestinian refugees trapped in a camp in Syria.<br /><br />Aid has been cut off for weeks from the Yarmouk camp, south of the capital Damascus, because of fighting.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Erica Wood reports.
