A boat has been seized and four people arrested after a raid against suspected drug traffickers in Italy.<br /><br /> A surveillance operation was carried out along the coast of Lecce. <br /><br /> Three Italians and one Albanian have been detained. <br /><br /> Authorities say they seized some 600 kilos of marijuana and hashish.
