Days ahead of the Obama visit, Pakistan has been warned by America that a terror attack on Indian Soil around Republic Day will have consequences. At one end America grants Pakistan aid and at the other they pull them up for terror, will the State Department issue more than just this temporary warning? Will India pressurise Obama to act?
