According to Karel Bartak, Head of the 'Creative Europe' programme of the European Commision, it is more important than ever for young artists to have the opportunity to profile themselves outside their home country. "We are in a situation where we don't know what's happening in the neighboring country and at the same time we are flooded by American Music.
