The US and Cuba have said that they have made some progress towards restoring diplomatic ties during talks in Havana.<br />However, both sides confirmed that there was no major breakthrough.<br />Officials have been meeting in the Cuban capital for the highest-level discussions in decades.<br />Al Jazeera’s Gabriel Elizondo reports from Havana.
