Interview of Lindsey Vonn after her 1st Downhill Training Run in Beaver Creek! <br /> <br />Translation: <br />Interviewer: Lindsey how much fun was it to ski this Downhill fort he 1st time? <br />Lindsey: Yeah it was great. It was sunny but very windy unfortunately. But it doesn’t matter. For me it was a good run. I couldn’t see some gates but it was a good 1st run and i’m looking forward tot he race the tomorrow. <br />Interviewer: It’s the 1st time on this slope but you maybe know the slope better than every one else here? <br />Lindsey: No i only trained here for four days in december but the other skiers skied the Downhill last year and i only skied Super G. It was really the 1st Downhill race on this slope for me and i was a bit cautious but i know the slope and the bumps and it’s good. <br />Interviewer: Did you also safe some energy for the Super G tomorrow? <br />Lindsey: Yeah sure. It wasn’t important to ski fast today only to look for the right line.
