Everything from his office layout to progressively updating his technology and the overall quality of care. Just today I forgot about my appointment and I called an hour late and they arranged to see me 30 minutes later. While I was in the office, they removed a 15 year old porcelain onlay, built a 3d model of my tooth and then did 3d milling of a new onlay.
