Mumbai: Junior ministers say BJP's cabinet ministers are not giving them any work, while even senior ministers say they are not kept in the loop. The BJP-Shiv Sena tussle took another turn with Sena's ministers of state (MoSs) sulking openly that they have no work. All of Sena's junior ministers are under BJP cabinet ministers, who they alleged haven't delegated any powers to them.
