How to Make Healthy Fruit Snacks

Make some healthy fruit snacks for your kids or guests with this delicious SheKnows food how-to!<br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br />Ingredients:<br />• 1 3/4 cups Organic Strawberry <br />• 3/4 cup Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed<br />• 2 tbsp. honey<br />• 1/4 cup Unflavored Gelatin<br />Instructions:<br />1. Combine strawberry and lemon juice, and honey in a blender and puree<br />2. Strain the mixture to remove seeds<br />3. Pour the mixture into a nonstick saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin overtop and let it sit for 5 minutes. <br />4. Wisk out any large gelatin lumps<br />5. Bring to a boil while constantly stirring <br />6. Remove from heat once it has boiled for 30 seconds<br />7. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes so the foam/bubbles have a chance to go away, <br />8. Scoop the mixture into your molds of choice <br />9. Let the molds cool on the counter for about an hour, <br />10. Then place them in the fridge. Refrigerate until firm.<br />11. Serve
