Ingredients:<br />2 cups potatoes (halved) <br />2 cups cauliflower florets <br />2 cups small Brussels sprouts<br />2 cups apple wedges<br />1 lb. grated Irish cheddar cheese<br /> 2 ½ tbsp. flour<br /> ¾ cup Irish stout<br /> 6 tbsp. apple juice concentrate<br /> 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard<br /> salt and pepper<br />Directions:<br />1. Arrange cooked veggies & apples on serving tray for dipping<br />2. Combine cheese and flour in a bowl<br />3. In a saucepan add the Irish stout, apple juice, and mustard, and bring to simmer over medium heat<br />4. Add cheese mixture in increments, stirring until melted and smooth<br />5. Add desired salt and pepper<br />6. Pour fondue into fondue pot & enjoy with veggies or bread
