The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan says the number of civilians killed or wounded by fighting is at its highest level in five years.<br /><br />More than 3,600 civilians died last year with casualties among children increasing by 20 percent.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Nicole Johnston reports from Kabul.
