A Rhodes Scholar and graduate of both Oxford University and the University of Sydney, Andrew Charlton has considerable knowledge of Australian’s economic position within the global economy, as well as the many cycles and fluctuations the country has undergone throughout the course of its past. The 19th century, as he knows, was one of considerable prosperity for Australia, though 20th century economic growth and prosperity tapered off. The 21st century , however, has gotten off to a great start for the Australian economy, and Charlton is hopeful the country’s recent prosperity will continue well into the future.
