The closing of the cover starts the test automatically. <br /> <br />The ASC 7400S replaces all other types of test : <br /> bubble test <br /> needle test <br /> methylene blue dye test <br /> tracer gas test <br />It is self-contained and fully automatic. <br /> <br />1. Clear status lights indicate the result. The green light confirms the pack is leak tight. <br /> <br />Now let’s make a pinhole in the pack and test again. <br /> <br />1. We load the pack. <br />2. We close the cover, which starts the test. <br /> <br />The cycle time can be optimised to suit Customer requirements. <br />A « Lock » option is available, which locks the machine in case of a Fail result. Unlocking requires actioning a key switch. <br /> <br />1.
