At least 45 people have been killed in several explosions in eastern Libya. <br /> <br />Five of them were Egyptians.<br /> <br />The blasts took place in the town of 250km east of Benghazi.<br /> <br />Fighters claiming loyalty to ISIL have claimed responsibility.<br /> <br />Al Jazeera's Hoda Abdel-Hamid reports.
