Ahmedabad: Amid the clash between NSUI (National Students Union of India) and ABVP (Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad) supporters, the voting for the eight senate seats of Gujarat University (GU) were held on February 22. 75% voting was recorded in the elections which were marred by clash between the two student groups over an alleged bogus voter.
