This pseudonym refers to Billy James' Orchestra. Although he was a talented songwriter who composed quite a few tunes and recorded a significant number of good dance band sides for dime store labels, unfortunately hardly anything is known about him today. This delightful record was made in 1929. Vocal by Jerry White, whose voice timbre resembles Frank Munn's. However, I have never been able to find out whether this was an alias or actually a different person.
