Our chef Archana brings to you the simple & quick recipe of this Indian curry! <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />1 cup Chana Dal boiled & churned <br />1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds <br />1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds <br />1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder <br />1 tsp Mix Masala <br />10 to 15 Curry Leaves <br />Coriander Leaves <br />1 tsp Jaggery <br />4 to 5 Kokum <br />Salt <br />Water <br />1 tsp Oil <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- Boil & churn the chana dal and keep it ready. <br />- In a pan, add oil, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves & coriander leaves. <br />- Add mix masala, turmeric powder, jaggery to the churned dal. <br />- Add the dal to the tadka and mix everything well. <br />- Add salt and kokum. <br />- Bring the dal to a boil and serve hot!
